1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LOL.Gathers (lolgathers.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
LOL.Gathers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games. League of Legends and all related marks are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using LOL.Gathers, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate information when registering
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@lolgathers.com
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Post or share content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or obscene
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited messages
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that you are not authorized to access
- Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the site without express written permission
- Use the site in any way that violates Riot Games' Terms of Service
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or otherwise harm the service
5. Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit (profile descriptions, posts, etc.). By submitting content, you grant LOL.Gathers a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and store that content as necessary to operate the service.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful to the community, without prior notice.
6. Third-Party Services
LOL.Gathers uses the Riot Games API to fetch in-game data. Use of this data is subject to Riot Games' Terms of Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data obtained from third-party APIs.
Social login is provided by Google, Facebook, and Riot Games (RSO). By using these login methods, you are also subject to each provider's terms of service.
7. Intellectual Property
All original content, design, and code on LOL.Gathers (excluding user-generated content and third-party assets) is the property of LOL.Gathers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
League of Legends assets, champion names, and related materials are the property of Riot Games, Inc. and are used under the Riot Games Legal Jibber Jabber.
8. Disclaimers
LOL.Gathers is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data integrity, or that the service will meet your expectations. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from your use of the service.
We are not responsible for the conduct of other users on the platform. Use your own judgment when interacting with other community members.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOL.Gathers and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed €50.
10. Termination
We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to LOL.Gathers at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also request account deletion by contacting support@lolgathers.com.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
